Welcome to Mental Street Talk. By purchasing from Mental Street Talk, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
• In stock items are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
 • Backorder items require approximately 2 to 3 weeks before dispatch.
 • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
 • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are outside our control.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Due to the nature of this project, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or incorrect colour selection.
Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, please use your tracking number or contact Australia Post directly.
If your parcel is deemed lost, please contact us and we’ll work with Australia Post to investigate.
6. Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. Due to differences in screen settings and manufacturing batches, colours may vary slightly from those displayed online.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs and written content, remains the property of Mental Street Talk and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Mental Street Talk is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected through your purchase will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only to process your order and communicate with you.
